Hamilton’s own À La Mode Choir Proudly Reprises: Raise Me Up with special guests EmBoddiement!
Join us for an uplifting evening of choral music in the gospel style as musically directed by ESG’s own Soprano Lead, Emily Taub.

About Emily Taub
Emily Taub has a strong foundation from the Hamilton Children’s Choir under the tutelage of Zimfira Poloz. She continues to explore the limits of the craft through trans-cultural choral practice. After graduating from McMaster University, Emily went on to conduct several local choirs in the GTA and also served as a choral clinician at several local school programs, most recently as a guest speaker for the Canadian A Cappella Conference. Her dedication to making beautiful music accessible, regardless of initial skill level led her to founding À La Mode in 2015.
About À La Mode
À La Mode is an energetic and eclectic chamber choir with a passion for exploring the music of every style and genre! Currently in their 8th season, “Raise Me Up” explores all things Gospel! Get ready to jump from your seats and dance for joy! (clapping on beats 2 & 4 are a MUST!) The performance will feature Emboddiement Gospel Trio, of which Emily is a member, and a 4-piece band! Funds raised through this performance will not only support the ESG Music Program but charitable organisations such as Interval House, Reach forth Sports, City Kidz, S.O.C.K.S. Canada and Schools of Dreams, as well as the ALM Chorister Bursary Fund.
