Our Outreach Partners

Fred Victor Foundation

Fred Victor is a social service charitable organization that fosters long-lasting and positive change in the lives of homeless and low-income people living across Toronto.

Camp Scugog
Camp Scugog offers an outdoor camping experience for children, youth, and mothers. Camp Scugog’s safe, fun, and diverse community is specifically designed to address the needs of those affected by poverty and other barriers. We believe that the development of positive attitudes and values is paramount to building a strong sense of self and community.
Abiona Centre
Abiona Centre is a client-centred infant and early childhood mental health organization which supports pregnant and parenting adolescents, aged 13-25. With donors’ support, each young mom has access to prenatal and postnatal care, learns how to care for her baby, completes her education, and develops the skills needed to build a successful life and relationship with her baby.
New Circles
New Circles provides comprehensive skills training and settlement support to newcomers, refugees, and equity-deserving individuals and families. For up to 12-weeks, and at no charge, we ready our clients for employment in business and retail, or we provide assistance to help them start their own businesses.
Seeds of Hope – Blythwood OOTC
Since 1995, from the beginning of November until the end of March, Blythwood provided a safe place for the homeless and those in need. Hot meals, clothing, and a mat to sleep on were offered with open arms and compassion, and people could enjoy friendship and fellowship every Saturday night and Sunday morning during the winter months. In mid-March 2020, Blythwood and the other Out of the Cold sites throughout Toronto closed their doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
