Our first Love aLIVE gathering of the fall invites you to slow down and tune in. We’re honored to welcome back poet, speaker, and sound bath facilitator Jungle Flower, who returns to guide us through the profound healing effects of sound.

Sound baths create a calm, welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and gently regulate your nervous system, with no experience necessary- just an openness to listen and have the sound wash over you.

As always, the evening opens with dinner and lite worship alongside Rev. Sarah Chapman, before we settle in for this immersive session with Jungle Flower.

Please bring a mat or cushion, and anything else you need to make your body comfortable for sitting for a time.

Come as you are, and let the sound do the rest.
