Concerts at Eglinton St. George’s

Our ESG 2019-20 concert season includes some of Canada’s finest performers and ensembles. Download the brochure here.

This year, we are offering 3 concerts:

October 27 at 4 pm: ESG Remembers  A time to reflect through music on those affected by war. Featuring Requiem of John Rutter and other works by Eleanor Daley, Ruth Watson Henderson, and more. The ESG choir accompanied by organ, piano, cello, flute, oboe, percussion and harp.

December 8 at 4 pm: Gloria!  A Christmas celebration featuring the ESG choir, accompanied by organ, piano, and orchestra. the concert will include Mark Hayes’ Gloria, Ola Gjeilo’s The Rose, Ešenvald’s Stars, and other seasonal favourites.

April 26 at 4 pm: The Elmer Iseler Singers and the Elora Singers present Soaring Voices! An opportunity to hear two premiere choral groups perform spectacular music including Deo Gratias by Ockeghen, Ave Maria by Franz Biebl and the stunning Rheinberger Abendlied. Lydia Adams and Mark Vuorinen, Conductors.

And the cost of the series is a very reasonable $99 per subscription. ($75 for students)

Tickets are transferrable and unused tickets can be submitted for a donation tax receipt for $25.
