Yoga & Meditation
Taught by a certified yoga and seniors’ specialist, Kathy Westgate. Classes are now virtual are suitable for all levels, and include breathwork, stretching and some longer held restorative poses for immune building and healing. First class is complimentary.
Sunday Morning Men

WWIT (Wise Women in Training) – is a group of women who meet to discuss books about spirituality. The group began with the goal of deepening our understanding of new developments in Christian theological writing and thinking.
