Sunday Worship: Advent

Come to church in person or online each Sunday!
Join us this week for our first week of the Advent Season. We will be exploring the theme of ancestors, including our own ancestors, Jesus’ ancestors and how we are called to be a good ancestor. We will be joined by special guest musicians, Piper and Carson as part of our monthly New Expressions music series. We will also light the advent candle for hope and have a special children’s time marking the beginning of our journey to Christmas!
About Piper & Carson
Piper & Carson are a musical duo from Hamilton, Ontario. From festival stages to intimate house concerts, Piper & Carson remind us of why we go to see live music. Their songwriting is free and fiercely personal. The couple’s undeniable chemistry and onstage presence draws the audience into the conversation. In October 2020 they released a wonderful new recording “Edgewalker’s Remedy” – a concept album specifically designed to provoke reflection about our lives and what we all take for granted.
