Mental Health Series: Feeling Better

ESG is holding free evening sessions on how to use CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) to manage Depression, Anxiety, and Anger.
Mary Thomson, an ESG member and a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, will show participants tools to better handle distressing emotions and self-defeating behaviour.
Sessions held 7-9 pm in the Sanctuary.
