Enneagram Evenings

April 21 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

An Introduction to the Enneagram with Rebecca Woodall

Spend four virtual Wednesday evenings (April 21, 28, May 5, 12) from 6:30 to 8:30 pm learning more about yourself and the people you love. Understanding your Enneagram type will help you gain more insight into yourself and others, your interpersonal strengths & weaknesses, and how to work with the repeating patterns in your life. The Enneagram provides a rich guide to self-observation and self-inquiry.

What is the Enneagram? It is a geometric figure that maps out the nine fundamental personality types of human nature and their complex interrelationships. It is rooted in ancient spiritual wisdom and modern psychological thought.

Over our four evenings together, Rebecca will teach us a bit about the Enneagram’s power to help us navigate the world. She will explore each of the nine types by interacting with our group members to help them identify and understand their type. It is bound to be both fun and a real eye-opener.

The cost to attend the four evenings is $60. We are limited to 15 people. To express your interest in participating, email Janet Hardy

Rebecca will then be in touch to introduce herself and provide background material for you prior to our first session. Rebecca has trained in California to be a Master Enneagram Teacher and along with giving workshops (as she did last fall at Islington United Church), has a private Enneagram coaching practice. By day she provides psychotherapeutic support to people with a history of trauma.
