Coping with COVID-19 Anxiety

The objective of the series is to understand more about how we react physically, emotionally and behaviourally in response to serious threats to our physical, financial, and moral health and wellbeing. We will look at how to use compassion and realism to reduce self-defeating coping strategies that make us feel worse as well as look at practical ways to manage our reactions and make choices that will help us feel less helpless and overwhelmed.
The series will engage in discussion on three areas:
October 7: Understanding Anxiety: Making the connections (REFLECT);
October 14: Coping with Anxiety: Tips for changing your anxious thinking (REFRAME);
October 21: Coping with Anxiety: Tips for changing what you do about it (RE-DO)
