Evensong

Join us for our next Evensong service (quiet, reflective worship warmed by candlelight, readings, and music) on Thursday, April 18th at 6 p.m.  Don Parsons and Barbara Lemmon will invite us to explore where we might find God in the gaps (or cracks) of our lives.  Elusive peace in the chaos that is war is a gap.  The grief we feel when a loved one dies, is a gap.  The hunger which so many experience, even in a world of plenty — that is another gap.  Each of us will have our own list, for the gaps are many…  Can God be present for us, even in the gaps…?  Emily Taub and Kevin Bieman will enrich our time together with music, and your presence, either in person or online, will be a gift.”
